About the Director

Born in Asheville, N.C. on April 10, 1954, his family church was St. Luke AME Zion Church. His parents David and Wilhemenia Dudley have since gone to heaven. Rev. Dudley is a 1972 Graduate of Franklin High School, Seattle, Wash. He attended University of Washington, Seattle Community College, Renton Vocational Training Institute and Fuller Seminary North West. Rev. Dudley has been self-employed since November of 1995.

In June of 1992 Rev Dudley answered the call into the ministry. Receiving his first ordaination by Bishop Clarence Carr on June 29, 1997. Rev. Dudley was the founding pastor of Noah's Ark A. M. E. Zion Church in the Oregon-Washington Conference. Noah's Ark was successfully merged with Ebenezer AME Zion Church Seattle, WA. in July 2009.

Rev. Dudley was a member of Ebenezer AME Zion, Seattle, Washington where after life in the world, he officially rejoined the church in the late 80's more importantly he openly accepted Christ into his life on August 5, 1990. Taking his commitment to Christ seriously and having tried to be involved with the church as much as possible by supporting events, programs and community efforts developed by the church. Worked in the local church as member of the Trustee Board, later serving as the Chair, a Class Leader for a short period, President of the Men’s Group, Exhorter, Sunday School teacher, Superintendent of Sunday Church School, Member of Ebenezer Gospel Choir and Men's Chorus, Chairman of the Christian Education Board and as the Church Delegate on a few occasions. Rev. Dudley joined the ministrial team at First A. M. E. Zion Church in September 2011.

On the District and Conference levels he served as District Director of Laity and later as Conference Director of Laity, Secretary of the both the Annual & District Conference's for over twelve years, Local Preacher and later Traveling Minister, member of the following Boards Evangelism, Board of Christian Education, Board of Lay Activities, District President of Laity, Conference President of Laity, District Director of Evangelism, Conference Director of Evangelism, Bishop's Aid, Chair of the Publicity Committee and webmaster.

On the Episcopal level Rev. Dudley served on the Boards of Laity and Evangelism. He currently serve's as the webmaster for the Western Episcopal District's web site having developed the the web site presents under Bishop Dennis V. Proctor and has served as webmaster for various churches in the Western Epsicopal District. He served on two Episcopal teams in 2011 the first was The Encounter with the marketing and then for the Christian Education's Mid-Winter Meeting as Communications Leader for the Western Episcopal District.

On the International level of the church Rev. Dudley has served as webmaster for the Bureau of Evangelism since 2005 having developed the Bureau of Evangelism web presence under then Dr. Darryl B. Starnes, now Bishop Darryl B. Starnes. He has served on the marketing team for the 2012 Evangelism Congress for the Bureau of Evangelism with the General Director of Evangelism Dr. Otis McMillan. In the 120th Session of the Oregon-Washington Annual Conference Bishop Dennis V. Proctor apponinted Rev. Dudley as the Director of Evangelism for the Western Episcopal District.

Besides the web site work, Rev. Dudley has created video, various video ads, is administrator for Western Episcopal FaceBook page and AMEZions Prayer Warriors FaceBook page.
